Or before.

1 16 ounce container of Cool Whip - thawed of course
1 16 ounce container of Cool Whip - thawed of course
1 5 ounce package of instant vanilla pudding
1 15 ounce can of solid pack pumpkin --- NOT pumpkin pie- just plain old pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or more if you like more
Mix all that together and fold in the Cool Whip last. Put all that into a graham cracker crust and chill until it sets about two hours.
Now - the recipe doesn't call for this, but take it from me, putting a dab of whipped cream on top of each slice and dribbling a little honey over the top of that and into the pie is delicious!
You're welcome! :)
'Scuze all the bills under it filed in an ever so neatly organized file.
I got it from Weight Watchers.
And if you really want to do the WW thing verbatim, you'll use sugar free pudding and fat free Cool Whip.
Up to you.
oh yummm and i can do this one... no cooking involved. i have done this with jello and coolwhip but never with pumpkin and pudding.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the recipe, but we're going to have someone else cook for us this year! We're going to be staying/eating at an old KY inn.
